Jim holds an Master’s Degree in Science with a focus on curriculum and supervision and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology (Secondary Education) from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, complemented by extensive professional certifications including Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), International Certified Gambling Counselor Level II (ICGC-II), and Board Approved Clinical Consultant (BACC).
